Insurance

I am in-network with Carefirst Blue Cross, Blue Shield. You are responsible for paying your co-pay or co-insurance at each session.  Additionally, your insurance may have a deductible that you will be responsible for until it has been met for the year.  It's always best to contact your insurance company and ask questions so you have a clear sense of what your plan will cover. When speaking with insurance representatives, I often recommend that you get the name of the person you spoke with and a reference number.
